This is the best jerky I have EVER had! And that's saying something if you know me, my friends refer to me as 'the critic.' I used to live in Fairfax and recently was visiting and was lucky enough to pick up a pack of your jerky from Good Earth. I am now back in Boulder CO and will be a consistent online shopper!

Just ripped into my first bag of Two Chicks local pasture-raised small-batch beef jerky. No use trying to hide my excitement--this stuff is uh-ma-zing! A great deal of restraint was required to keep from killing the whole pouch in about two minutes.. This is jerky the way it's supposed to be. Perfect tasty balance of savory, sweet, and smoky. Made with tamari and honey, no nitrates, no fake stuff. Who wants soft, moist jerky? Not me! Two Chicks has the perfect amount of tough, just like founders Shannon and Breelyn!
